I was delighted to be invited to find out more about this exceptional, luxury chocolate manufacturing company.  Established in 1990 by Constantinos' father Stavros.  Their story is almost as lovely as their chocolate tastes ... omg!  Constantinos made me very welcome as we talked about how it all started ...

I'd heard that the delightful Kaliva Suites in Ayia Napa are totally automated.  The installation by my very good friend and ex-boss Andreas Demetriou.  So, as Home Automation is fast becoming very popular in many homes and businesses around the world, I popped into have a chat with Andreas of DJS Professional, Light, Sound & Automation in Paralimni to find out more ...

Andreas installs probably the best sound, light and automation equipment money can buy and to say he's a perfectionist is an understatement ... btw, you've probably been listening to his sound equipment and looking admiringly at his architectural lighting designs without even realising it!  Because, his work is evident in many restaurants, bars, cafes, hotels,  nightclubs, retail outlets, boat cruises and private homes from Paralimni to Paphos and everywhere in between ... It must be said that the garage was originally opened by dad, Michalis back in 1976 ... so Anninos grew up with greasy hands ... going on to excel in his studies, he's highly qualified with two degrees in Automotive Engineering, the first in Teesside University from 2010 to 2015 whilst working with Mercedes and BMW and later in Nicosia where he enhanced his Diagnostic qualifications ... in 2009 Anninos re-juvenated his fathers garage workshop with all the latest diagnostic testing equipment with just one goal, to be the best tuning garage workshop in Cyprus ... and it looks like he's well on target!

I was invited by Christos and Svetlana of C&S Mistea Trading in Limassol for a chat and a cuppa and at that time, little did i know how much I would learn about my favourite drink, tbh my world was about to change ... This amazing duet arrived early, togged up to the nine's in protective gear and scared the living daylights out of my neighbours, I had to go and explain ... They came inside, separated and started, one spraying sanitiser onto the floors the other with steam cleaner in hand, covering all the surfaces, sofas, and door handles and everything else ... I must say they seemed very thorough ...
