I've known the crew since the early '90s and watched as they put all their love and devotion into their business, to build up a regular repeat customer which allowed Pafos Watersports to keep growing.  Today they're probably the biggest and arguably one of the best water sports and boat trips companies in Cyprus.

Do something you've neve done before and take a walk on the wild side ... Based at Trinity Beach in the Ayia Triada area of Protaras, this adventure sport is totally unique in Europe!  It's an Undersea Adventure like no other and, you really must try this it's loads of fun! ...

Let's start by saying this excellent multi-award-winning Waterpark was voted the No: 1 Waterpark in Cyprus, No.3 in Europe and No.5 in the world by TripAdvisor and tbh, they deserve every accolade they get … so, expect to find nothing but the best here and you're guaranteed a great day out whatever your age …

It just wouldn't be a fantasy without the adult party games, you know, the ones your mum warned you about ;) They're loads of fun, so might as well join in ! and and btw, on the way back to harbour there's another 30 minute free cocktail bar on the lower deck, and to top it off, tickets to the top clubs on the island … oh, and don’t worry if you forget your camera coz every trip is captured in HD

This gorgeous Motor yacht is a little bit of luxury and perfect for a small birthday party on the sea, a special treat, or a lovely surprise, a photoshoot, a bachelor party, or a wedding gift, or just because you fancy it ;) ... they'll take you on a 3 hours luxury cruise along the rugged coastline of Protaras and Ayia Napa, with complimentary bubbles and fruit platters along the way, stopping for a swim in the beautiful crystal clear waters of Blue Lagoon!

I asked why their beers are so good;  Taras explained, "The biggest difference of Craft Beer is it has more flavour and taste, mainly because it's not filtered or pasteurised, making it a much richer flavour.  Craft Beer is like a finger print because we never brew our beer in a bad mood, that's how we are here at Octo and we hope you are just like us" …

The location is wonderful, up in the hills, with absolutely stunning panoramic views overlooking the St. George coastline of Paphos.  There's over 100,000 square metres of lush green vegetation, ponds, flowers, and trees including the amazing Silk Floss Tree from South America, covered in thousands of spikes, it's just crazy !

My initial interest was to find out about their gins, Aris explained, "it's what originally brought us back to Cyprus, 'to create a quality craft gin'.  Our initial inspiration was the aroma of The Troodos Mountains after a long dry summer when it first rains and we wanted to capture exactly that and put it in a bottle and we called it Aoratas Dry Gin which in fact last year won a gold medal. 

I was delighted to be invited to find out more about this exceptional, luxury chocolate manufacturing company.  Established in 1990 by Constantinos' father Stavros.  Their story is almost as lovely as their chocolate tastes ... omg!  Constantinos made me very welcome as we talked about how it all started ...

They're in the quiet part of town but close by are lots of cafe's, restaurants, wine bars, convenience stores, bakeries, shops, and pharmacies.  Just a short walk is the old port, the new port a little further and all those gorgeous old buildings in old town, converted into lovely eateries, wine bars and exclusive designer shops.
