I was invited by Christos and Svetlana of C&S Mistea Trading in Limassol for a chat and a cuppa and at that time, little did i know how much I would learn about my favourite drink, tbh my world was about to change ... It all started some years ago, when for personal reasons my father needed to assist with memory loss as he grew older.  Dr. Anabtawi aka Mo, has a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering but he's very scientific, coupled with countless years of experience as a registered nutritionist, creating a formula of 23 natural ingredients that were blended together to create their Memory Booster.  The results were almost immediate and samples given to friends and when he got re-orders, Strength & Spices were born ...

It's 18 holes, split by a gated road, 11 holes one side and 7 the other, with artificial grass greens ... totaling 6,500 yards, there's 4 x Par 3's 12 x Par 4's and 2 x Par 5's ...  and a course total of Par 70 ... with the course record an excellent 66 by ex-pro Tony Lassia

This really is a lovely initiative by local, ex-pat and international artists and crafters from all over the world and a lovely way to spend a family day out doing a little shopping and bartering for Christmas and I really hope you'll go along to give them some support, especially this year ... Sharen explained; Each unique piece brings joy and inspiration to her world, saying "our bespoke mosaics, large or small, are designed with attention to detail and built to withstand our extreme climatic conditions, bringing permanent colour, texture and strength'" saying that her inspiration comes from each individual location, and Sharen obviously loves to work in the reproduction of ancient images, uniquely designing her mosaics and art pieces, and a visit to her workshop is highly recommended!

Over a delicious Illy coffee, I asked Charbel how it all started; he said, "In the past, I was an HR Operations Manager in the F&B Sector ... Then we found this place, and between 2016 to 2021, we took Rise of the past, and Re-Branded it ... it was during the pandemic where I got the idea to take it to a new level and we had the time make some improvements, the idea was to 'Elevate your Hotel Experience' ... it's not just about the decoration it's about culture and spirit"
