In 1995, Costas opened his first gym, 'Innomenon Efnon', in a basement, on the road to Limassol, almost 30 years later, 51 year old Costa has just moved from his old gym 100 metres, away into his 4th and newest gym in Larnaca and Diaplasis Sport & Wellness was born!   Costas is quite unique, being committed to helping all his members to achieve their goals, but he takes this to another level because here you'll get regular one-to-one attention to make absolutely sure you get there!

I am delighted to introduce you to The Lordos Group of Hotels as I've worked closely with their 3 hotels and indeed the Lordos family since 1993.  They are without a doubt one of Cyprus' leading companies and their 3 hotels certainly excel when it comes to location, comfort, and hospitality.  Each hotel with its own specific features, each hotel unique in its own way, all ideally situated in perfect locations, pretty much, right on the beach!

Louise was on the 'You are Here Map' ... and directed us towards the country trail to the waterfalls ... this trail crosses the stream several times, now with wooden bridges to help, as last time I went, there were no bridges so you had to take your shoes off and get your toes wet ...

I just love really cool ideas, especially when they have anything to do with the sea and they fall into our 'Things to Do' category.  This watersports activity is for both 'Kids & Grown Ups' and tbh, I can't wait to bounce on it again!,  oh, I think you'll find it a little Random too ;) ... if you want to see what I mean, check out the Jungle Float Promo Video by Gorilla Video, quite apt ;) 

Ladies; As I walked in, I immediately thought, ‘wow this place looks the business’, spacious, with lots of mirrors, hanging fresh plants to increase the oxygen levels, above a row of impressive water-filled Aqua Eyedrop Punch Bags, and along the back wall, a line of very expensive ‘Stages’ Fitness Bikes of Amsterdam … I soon realised I wasn’t wrong.

Over a gorgeous cappuccino I asked Vaida, why she created 'The Loop'? … She explained; "I'm originally from Lithuania, but lived in Holland for many many years and fell in love and married a Cypriot and finally moved to Cyprus just 4 years ago" … Vaida continued, "I noticed there was a distinct lack of places to get good fresh food, not just vegetarian and vegan but specialising in healthy eats and healthy diets".

It's neatly designed with total relaxation in mind and music with a little thought behind it ... A Salt Cave, Hot Jacuzzi Spa and Steam Room all closely linked.  On our last visit on a 'Couples Spa Sention' Package with Louise, my lovely able assistant, we spent about 20 minutes in each one before our full body massage.

I was invited by Christos and Svetlana of C&S Mistea Trading in Limassol for a chat and a cuppa and at that time, little did i know how much I would learn about my favourite drink, tbh my world was about to change ... Mistea are importers and distributors of Newby Teas of London ... Luxury Tea now available in Cyprus ...

It all started some years ago, when for personal reasons my father needed to assist with memory loss as he grew older.  Dr. Anabtawi aka Mo, has a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering but he's very scientific, coupled with countless years of experience as a registered nutritionist, creating a formula of 23 natural ingredients that were blended together to create their Memory Booster.  The results were almost immediate and samples given to friends and when he got re-orders, Strength & Spices were born ...

This really is a lovely initiative by local, ex-pat and international artists and crafters from all over the world and a lovely way to spend a family day out doing a little shopping and bartering for Christmas and I really hope you'll go along to give them some support, especially this year ...
