Roulla didn't want to just sell normal shoes, Roulla wanted high heels, naturally!, extreme design, of course!, extreme colours, why not?, crazy prints, the crazier the better!, oh and a few studs, that goes without saying, and she told me, within 6 months it was obvious there was a lot of ladies out there just like her age 18 to 90, yes 90 ...

It's a pub with British style pub, with an international clientele, an awesome crew, a relaxed ambience, and a great place to eat traditional pub grub with a twist oh, and an awesome place to watch all the live sports ... It's like home from home even if you're on your own! ... What else do you need from a pub? Your favourite tipple, they've probably got it!

Serving traditional Cypriot cuisine, or as Artemaki calls it, ''pure horthiaytiko'' or 'village-style' in English. The food is always cooked fresh, mostly over real charcoal, so it'll take at least 20 minutes to be served, but let me just say; it's worth every minute! and don't worry the pitta bread, dips and salads will wet your apatite. Whilst Arimaki's mum cooks traditional Cypriot dishes for your delight!

I asked manager George how it all started? ... George said; "In 2018 it was just sand, in 2019 it was a canteen-style Kiosk.  We leveled it to the ground, removing rocks, bamboo bushes, and Acacia trees, and Paragka was rebuilt in 2021"  The whole idea was totally and inspirationally designed by George, now it's a sophisticated Beach Hut with its idyllic location, inviting a relaxed ambiance, accompanied by delectable cuisine, Paragka Beach Restaurant has become a must-visit destination for both locals and tourists alike.

'Presentation' is nine tenths of the sale and all I can say is when you see the quality of this team's work it'll exceed your expectations and you'll realise, just how good they are, and if you are selling Property its a must ... Celia told me; "I met Dominik a few years ago, because we're members of the same band, btw, an award winning band, called 'The Cover Up"... she continued, "I still get scared of the stage but I just go into an 'act' and tbh, working with Dominik helps loads".  "We're the best of friends and we just bounce off each other adding a little entertainment value!
