Christmas is as good an excuse as any to stock up on a few bottles of wine to accompany all that festive fayre.  Perhaps, if you are really lucky a loved one may even treat you to a bottle or case of your favourite tipple as a Christmas gift.  So, how do you go about storing it?

We thought you might appreciate a quick crash course in the basics of the local lingo, which is a sort of slang Greek, aka ‘Horthkatika’ which is basically a village Greek. Most of the locals speak English but they love it if you make an effort to speak their language. I do it in English phonetics so just read in English … Simples! … oh and don’t take it too seriously …
