There's festivals everywhere and closing parties and opening parties all over the place and we'll see a few more pubs, bars, cafes and clubs staying open, with many swinging towards the local market.  So if you get invited to any end of season or opening parties make sure you go ... it’ll be rude not to ;)

So, another big plus is there's a distinct lack of 5 to 16 year old's on the beach, making room for the older crew, the party weathered lot, who really know how to party!  All the mature boobs are out on the beach, and why not?  The restaurants are in their element, as the Island of Love captures all those romantic couples, who'll eventually end up getting married here, making us the number one place to get Wed in the Europe!!!

... This one in particular I think will be absolutely awesome!  I've been chatting to Karen about this internationally renowned group 'Money for Nothing' who are regarded as Europe's number one tribute band to the legendary Dire Straits ...

... the stage was ready, shady areas covered in tarpaulin and blossom and seats set in rows for a change making the play area busier ... a few sound checks, early birds arriving for the best seats and as it got darker, Socrates clicked the lights on, then the sound of sax warmed our souls, there was a good number in the crowd, much as it's more of a family reunion, returning for the annual event, many times, everyone as always loving the vibe!

To some it must have seemed a crazy idea to invite renowned jazz artists from England to a border area of Cyprus and so far up the West Coast, the Paradise Jazz Festival took off immediately and was loved by the audience from the very beginning, first by the British ex pats of the area, and then then by the musicians from Cyprus, Netherlands, Bulgaria, Greece, Israel, oh and then by all island's nationalities, giving it a truly international image!

So, as sophisticated, trendy, cosmopolitan, Nicosia spills down to the coast, and mixes with pure party, the result inevitably is electric!, oh and did I mention it's summer, it's hot, and I mean really hot, and if you only get one tip from me this month, make it 'Drink more water' !

'Presentation' is nine tenths of the sale and all I can say is when you see the quality of this team's work it'll exceed your expectations and you'll realise, just how good they are, and if you are selling Property its a must ... The inevitable result is how much easier it'll be to sell your property, quicker ... or help promote or sell your business more effectively.

... of course it's peak season, it’s hot, even the cold water isn't cold enough, the temperature will reach over 40°C by mid-July, sunrise about 5.30 am and it’s not getting dark 'til almost 8.30 pm, there's beach parties and pool parties all over the place, and the 60 day club war is well and truly underway, with some massive names coming to spin their mix.

I love this place, the sounds of gears and links chinking, smothered by fair ground music, the smell of candy floss and bbq corn on the cob, the multi coloured lights and occasional girly screams. It's really cool idea coz you just buy a Wrist Band depending on your ages and what you want to do!

cook to medium rare on real charcoal, squeeze a little lemon n eat immediately ... you'll never have tasted anything like it, unless you've been to one of my barbies ... mmm!
