Cypriot

Pig ‘N’ Whistle Pub & Restaurant, Kapparis

It's a pub with British style, an awesome crew, a relaxed ambience, and a great place to eat traditional pub grub with a twist oh, and an awesome place to watch all the live sports ... It's like home from home even if you're on your own ! ... What else do you need from a pub?

La Croissanterie, Paralimni

... more of a bakers, come patisserie, La Croissanterie is a name synonymous to excellence, so you know you'll find quality fresh coffees, freshly made sandwiches, freshly baked cakes and pastries just out of the oven and more than a few naughties, and because its part of an national chain that has a reputation second to none ...

Ayia Thekla Open Air Market, Ayia Napa

With over 50 stalls in the summer there's everything you'd expect from a thriving market, from a variety of bric-a-brac, souvenirs, hand made pottery, household goods, I.T Services and computer stuff.  There's shoes, new and second hand clothes, accessories, cafes and food stalls and even Grimsby's Smokey Pete's Van selling traditional English fish imported from Grimsby of course!  Pete has been in the trade over 35 years and specialises in Smoked Haddock, smoked the traditional way in Oak Sawdust ... the aroma is awesome!

To Nissiotiko Taverna, Protaras

They serve traditional Cypriot cuisine or as Artimaki says ''pure horthiatiko'' or village style in English, and the food is always made fresh, so it'll take at least 20 minutes to be served, but let me just say; its worth every minute !

Olympus Restaurant, Protaras

I met Flouris in his early days at Good Fortune Restaurant in Ayia Napa.  Now in a prime position at the top of the strip in Protaras, son Andreas has joined the family business and together they make an awesome team, bringing you that traditional Cypriot hospitality that made Cyprus famous ... putting first class customer service as their number one priority !

Ttappis Tavern, Paralimni

... it's almost inevitable that this place goes from home dining to partying like only the Cypriots know how!

Senso Cafe Bar, Paralimni

This is without doubt, one of my fav places to sit and watch the world go by ...

Kamasias Taverna, Paralimni

... they call them seasonal 'Rain Gifts', and this is where this place excels ... because this Tony and the family are dedicated to bringing you the freshest and most sought after wild Cypriot produce, like baby wild Artichokes, Snails, fresh Asparagus, and a regular trip to Paphos to find rare Wild Mushrooms, is all part of the norm, Tony often walking 15 to 25 km a day to bring you the best selection that night ... needless to say if you like wild Mushrooms omg, this place is a must !!!

Karas Fish Taverna, Kapparis

The name Karas is synonymous with quality fresh fish, and it's regarded as one of the best fish restaurants in Cyprus, so its naturally a Cypriots favourite, and purely by reputation, they come from all over Cyprus to eat here !

Bells Cocktail Bar, Protaras

By night it's best described as a Pre-Club Party Bar, a wicked sound system, lights and smoke n all so be warned you might not make it to the club coz this lot party every night ... Resident and Guest DJ's through the season, the music, playing a cool mix of House, R'n'B, and Classic Party tunes and MC's that'll get you up on your feet and you'll be dancing on the podiums and well, anywhere you wanna ...
