I thought I would share a little insight in what to expect ...

Angela mostly works on glass but she can jazz almost anything up. She also loves making hand painted cards, naturally unique every time.  One of her faves, bottles, not just with glitter, which btw is biodegradable . Glass Painting aka Stained Glass . Faux Glass aka Liquid Leading . also the ancient Chinese art of Decoupage, using rice paper, the results are stunning !

It was my first Christmas without kids since I can remember, so decided to let someone else cook ... Invited by the eminent Frixos to join them at Blue Spice Restaurant in Pernera, I couldn't resist ...

it's one of the best events I have had the pleasure attending and you really must pop down and join in ...

All Day & Night The bar is open from 9 am to 2 am, so you can pop in for breakfast, brunch, lunch, gorgeous coffees in the afternoon with a naughty slice of cake, maybe a romantic dinner for two, or just evening drinks and a catch up with friends, whichever you choose, this is an awesome place to go.  They provide a great menu from their hearty breakfasts to amazing platters or grilled main meals to delicious homemade desserts.

I recently accidentally discovered 'Nai Coffee' on the road from Dherynia to Sotira.  The building is the stunning, old 'Kalograia Taverna', the barn-style staggered apex roof, striking and unusual.  It was the Illy Coffee sign that initially grabbed my attention, and I fancied a coffee, so my curiosity getting the better of me, I just had to pop in ...

The first video below is their cover of Seven Seas of Rhye, followed by Another One Bites the Dust ... Then The Bohemians did their Rhapsody and to finish off they reminded us, tomorrow, The Show must go On!

Since they opened, this pub, come restaurant, has really gained an excellent reputation, firstly for their delicious food, passionately cooked by George, and equally for their traditional Cypriot Hospitality, Entertainment, and welcoming atmosphere.  On the menu, you'll get British all-the-way food ..

this local band based in Nicosia, are one of the few Cypriot bands that sing in English and tbh, they're unique in every sense of the word ... normally doing about 10 gigs a month the lockdown has given them time to think, differently, yet again!!!

As I see things from an alternative angle I was really looking forward to attending the ArtFest 2019 at Starlight Gardens in Protaras ... The idea was to allow local and international artist who see things their way and create for your pleasure their alternative art ... It was a great success ...
