It all started some years ago, when for personal reasons my father needed to assist with memory loss as he grew older.  Dr. Anabtawi aka Mo, has a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering but he's very scientific, coupled with countless years of experience as a registered nutritionist, creating a formula of 23 natural ingredients that were blended together to create their Memory Booster.  The results were almost immediate and samples given to friends and when he got re-orders, Strength & Spices were born ...

But tbh, The Square Bar is better known for their Live Music, every night from 8.30 pm 'til late.  That's mostly down to Peter and Rob, of the legendary 'Live Lounge' in Cardiff fame, who told me "We partnered up with Panicos in 2014 to bring you the very best in live bands, duo and solo artists" ... ... it's an absolutely wonderful find, just off Kapparis Avenue, just over 200 metres to the beach, in one of my favourite areas in Cyprus, with a massive veranda, so you can relax overlooking the sea that’s about 200 metres away ...

Do something you've neve done before and take a walk on the wild side ... Based at Trinity Beach in the Ayia Triada area of Protaras, this adventure sport is totally unique in Europe!  It's an Undersea Adventure like no other and, you really must try this it's loads of fun! ...

Situated in the middle of Protaras Bay, without argument, one of Cyprus' finest beaches ... it's a family business, run by two brothers Alexi and Kyri, btw, they've been on the beach since they were in nappies, or not as the case may be, things don't change lol

By night it's chill out early, then by 10'ish it's best described as a Pre-Club Party Bar, with a wicked sound system, lights and smoke, confetti 'n all, so be warned you might not make it to the club coz this lot party every night … With resident and guest DJ's through the season, the music, playing a cool mix of House, R'n'B and Classic Party tunes with MC's that'll get you up on your feet and you'll be dancing on the the dance floor, podiums and well, pretty much anywhere you wanna! ... Another of Tamara and her team's specialities is their ability to calm students who are a little nervous about the idea of being underwater.  They understand that some people worry a bit about putting on a mask and breathing underwater for the first time and the team has this amazing knack to calm you down and talk you through it, with the added reassurance that they'll be right next to you, and will even hold your hand when you take the plunge for the first time.  Check out the comments from their first-time students, that speak for themselves!

I've known Andri, and Jimmy since before they opened.  What I like so much about this couple is the obvious passion for their business, as you walk in, the immediate impression is that this company has a touch of class!
