Spring is in the Air It's March, my favourite month ! ... mainly coz it's spring, hmm, I’m already topping up my tan with temperatures...

Gotta give a big shout out to all the dance schools and companies putting on a spectacular show for us again ... Especially the Performers Academy of Dance and Theatre Arts, from Ayia Napa who all looked awesome and Elena Tofa's Passion Dance School ... how many Avatars did you count ???

Winter also gives all our seasonal workaholics the chance to chill a bit, catch up with friends, light a few barbies on lovely fresh sunny days, or gather round an open fire on chilly nights, crack the ice for a Bailey’s and catch up with the years events.  As usual, we went from summer to winter in just a few days, omg ! it's cold at night, I even had to put the duvet on in December, unheard of !

It was my first Christmas without kids since I can remember, so decided to let someone else cook ... Invited by the eminent Frixos to join them at Blue Spice Restaurant in Pernera, I couldn't resist ...

As for commerce, it's the stepping stone, between east and west, perfectly situated in-between three continents, for a fantastic and economic future.  Of course, Europeans can now invest into business without Cypriot partnerships, so we are seeing steady growth, which should continue into the foreseeable future!

Oh and if you thought it was quiet in December let’s not forget, it's time for work's parties, Christmas parties, New Year parties and Fancy Dress parties and lots of Christmas fayres, festivals, live gigs and naturally we'll all be getting together with family and friends, to eat too much, drink too much, and with a bit of luck enjoy a little sex on the beach ? ... calm down, it's just a cock tale ;)

Christmas is as good an excuse as any to stock up on a few bottles of wine to accompany all that festive fayre.  Perhaps, if you are really lucky a loved one may even treat you to a bottle or case of your favourite tipple as a Christmas gift.  So, how do you go about storing it?
