I love what they've done to this place from the décor to the menu, to the relaxed ambience and attenuative service, with sea views to die for, by day or by night! I've definitely be put them on one of my top places to eat, drink and relax, even if it's just for a coffee with apple tart or just a cocktail.

It's no different from any other top resort in the world but at least in Cyprus, you get guaranteed sun 330 days a year, a few of the best beaches in Europe, one of the best seas in the world and loads of sex on the beach ... I'm referring to the cocktail 😉

"we were up in the Troodos mountains, letting the dogs taste a little snow, run around and have fun, my friend Garry rented a sled, and while playing with the dogs he just asked me to hand him the leads, and it was amazing, we couldn't believe it, the huskies absolutely loved it, they couldn't wait to pull the sled again and again, wagging their tails and barking to let us let them run ... so we had a purpose built sled specially made for us and now the dogs can do what they do, naturally, and as they loved it so much, I thought why not share this with like minded people".

Effectively, it's a mini resort, with a spacious area boasting a large swimming pool and cafe-style pool bar, surrounded by mature trees, delicious green lawn, palm sun shades, canvas sails and a lovely relaxed ambiance in a truly wonderful setting with free sunbeds and free WIFI ... and they're open all year except maybe January ...

This is where they excel, specialising in over 20 different choices of kebabs. Gyros here is a choice of 4 meats, pork, chicken from Greece, beef and lamb from the UK, each cut into thin slices, layered and seasoned, and set onto big skewers ready to be imported. Vangelis said, "I spend a little extra, but I get the very best" ... I love July, and you all know it's really my favourite month, partly coz it’s my birthday on the 27th and that means I’ve made it another year, and I’ll probably be throwing a party! The main reason, of course, is it’s peak season, with temperatures in the shade in the high ’30s and it’s getting hotter through 'til August … 'bring it on', I say, we love it hot, that’s why we live here … Mmm, Don’t you just love Cyprus? ... Topping the tan is easy in July coz Its goiing to be up there around the 38°C mark and thats in the shade, so it'll be well over 40°C in direct sun so please take care, sit in the shade for a bit and use a good sun protection and after sun protection is just as important ....
