Our initial inspiration was the aroma of The Troodos Mountains after a long dry summer when it first rains and we wanted to capture exactly that and put it in a bottle and we called it Aoratas Dry Gin which in fact last year won a gold medal.

It's spring on the island of Aphrodite, our Goddess of Love and there's romance in the air, everywhere, especially on the 14th when we celebrate Valentine’s Day, which this year falls on a Friday so you might as well make love all weekend! ... oh and, I love watching the postman struggle to get all my cards in the little letterbox.
