It must be said that the garage was originally opened by dad, Michalis back in 1976 ... so Anninos grew up with greasy hands ... going on to excel in his studies, he's highly qualified with two degrees in Automotive Engineering, the first in Teesside University from 2010 to 2015 whilst working with Mercedes and BMW and later in Nicosia where he enhanced his Diagnostic qualifications ... in 2009 Anninos re-juvenated his fathers garage workshop with all the latest diagnostic testing equipment with just one goal, to be the best tuning garage workshop in Cyprus ... and it looks like he's well on target!

The rewards; pizzas as authentic as you can get this side of Italy, the dough, 4 simple ingredients, hand made, but fermented for 48 Hours before use, a Neapolitan influence, which enhances the flavour, then topped with your favourite toppings and baked to perfection in a traditional stone fired revolving oven ... the result a thin base with a light fluffy crust ... I have to say they're delicious!

I caught up with Nikos who also owns Blazing Saddles Pub next door, who told me "I opened the Indian Restaurant in 2013 because there wasn't an authentic one in the area. Then one year later my customers persuaded me that there wasn't a decent Chinese either", and chop-chop it happened! ... Getting into the natural food thing isn't as hard as you think ! Replacing things like crisps and biscuits, with really fresh nuts and totally fresh, dried, and sugarless fruits is easy, tbh, knowing you're not putting rubbish inside you is a fulfilling emotion and actually I discovered ages ago the tastes are just awesome !
