I had a good look around the shop, it's well laid out, shelving and racks of plumbing accessories, with samples clipped to the racks, divided by displays of tools, and an abundance of brass all over the place.  They stock pretty much everything you'll need to sort out your plumbing needs, heating, cooling, pumps, tools for plumbing and air conditioning, copper pipes and fittings, taps, mixer taps, and showers.  I just have to say, 'whenever I go here, I just take a photo of what I want to fix or do, and they give me exactly what I need to do it!'

By night it's chill out early, then by 10'ish it's best described as a Pre-Club Party Bar, with a wicked sound system, lights and smoke, confetti 'n all, so be warned you might not make it to the club coz this lot party every night … With resident and guest DJ's through the season, the music, playing a cool mix of House, R'n'B and Classic Party tunes with MC's that'll get you up on your feet and you'll be dancing on the the dance floor, podiums and well, pretty much anywhere you wanna! ... One of the most impressive features of the Amathus Ruins is the Temple of Aphrodite, which I believe, was excavated in the 1980s.  The temple was a center of worship for the goddess of love and beauty and was believed to have been built in the 6th century BC.  The temple was adorned with beautiful sculptures and frescoes, many of which can still be seen today.

I popped into catch up with George and Eva Mintis who have been vey busy since Covid started, with the increase of interest from people moving to Cyprus from the EU and UK ... the topic of conversation moved towards Brexit and it seems they are even busier now, assisting with the purchase of property, offering legal assistance and property conveyancing and indeed immigration procedures after Brexit.  Cyprus of course is still having close ties to Britain.  On that note, this law office is highly respected in all these procedures.

Still one of the oldest, most classic and much loved pubs in Larnaca, after over 30 years ... the décor, all wood, prints and rock memorabilia everywhere, the courtyard out back all traditional and delightful. It's Cypriot, Rock hospitality, all the way!  with music ranging from Classic Rock to Jazz and Rhythm & Blues, and even occasionally, a little Reggae ... I just love this pub!

I loved this place the moment I saw the name, … It's a British Style pub, from the outside all white and doors, really cool signage and some comfy seating to enjoy a drink in the late sunny afternoons and watch the world go by, hanging baskets and signs everywhere. Inside, pristine, the bar wood and red brick, it's spacious with comfy seating, out back a Unique Beer Garden with regular live music events. It's one of my favourites to watch all the live sports . Over to the right a separate games area, with pool table and regular Killer Pool and a Bar Football table … and to top it off one of the best chef's in Cyprus!!!

It's one of my favourite months, coz the long hot summer is over, or is it? coz it looks like our prediction that 'we’re gonna have another Indian Summer this year', is happening with temperatures expected to hit 29°C this month it looks like we were right again!  Following all that rain we had in October, the air is clearer, so the sun will be stronger, be warned!  So, you’ll still be able to wear shorts and a tee-shirt by day, chill out around the pool or pop down to the beach to Top up the Tan for Christmas, did I just say Christmas? omg! …
