This is, without doubt, one of Paphos' finest eateries ... It's a traditional Irish Bar, so authentic all the furniture was crafted in Ireland an imported over, lots of dark warm wood, benches and stools, cottage cabinets and red brick. As usual, the first thing I wanted to know was why 'Frosty & Latte'? much as I thought I sort of knew the answer.  But to my surprise, 'Adamantri' said, "We must have thought of over 60 names, in the end we named the shop after our two dogs", which conveniently complemented it perfectly.  I mentioned I loved the décor, which sort of fuses contemporary minimalism with cosy charm, and she said, "I love to do a little interior design, and for a smallish shop, I think we did really well"

It’s October already, that went quick!  and it really is one of my favourite months!  Partly because that long hot summer is definitely over, or is it? … I asked the fishermen and they said it might not rain again ‘til mid-November, with temperatures still up in the 30°C’s, as we enter October, that’s about 90°F in English.  Just as we predicted back in May, it looks like we’re going to have another Indian summer and we’ll still be going to the beach in December, Mmm, don’t you just love Cyprus!
