What I like most about this estate agent is the 'Extremely Transparent' tag they've developed from trust and pricing to the way they'll point out the bad points along with the good ones. I love the extra effort they put into each property, checking on title deeds, and building permits and keeping close ties with local authorities so that they pretty much know everything about each property on their books.

Topping the tan is easy in July coz Its goiing to be up there around the 38°C mark and thats in the shade, so it'll be well over 40°C in direct sun so please take care, sit in the shade for a bit and use a good sun protection and after sun protection is just as important ....
