I love what they've done to this place from the décor to the menu, to the relaxed ambience and attenuative service, with sea views to die for, by day or by night!  I've definitely be put them on one of my top places to eat, drink and relax, even if it's just for a coffee with apple tart or just a cocktail.

I've always thought that when buying meat, it's best to buy from a local butcher.  I'm not really sure why, but it just seems to make sense, and to be honest, this butcher personifies my theory.  And the fact that they are usually busy shows that many locals, restaurant owners, and top hotels agree … in fact, most of my culinary friends tell me he's the best butcher around, and until I find someone as good, I have to agree!

I recently caught up with Savvas, who, in my book, is one of the old school, around since before Napa became the clubbing capital of Europe.  He told me, "I got on my first motorbike when I was 12, and opened this bike rentals in 1992.  Over a lovely coffee, Savvas said, "We were renting out mostly those little 50cc bikes.  When Cyprus joined Europe in 2004, Quad Bikes and Buggies started flooding the rental market, so I launched, what became an excellent Quad Buggy Safari in 2012 ... What's so special about these designs, is the hydraulic reclining system added to the designs of these chairs and sunbeds.  Taking a seat on the first set, a 6-seater, dining table, I have to say I was very impressed at how smooth the high-back seat reclined with just a push of the button.
