Daltons Tex Mex Restaurant, Ayia Napa

This Tex Mex Restaurant and Bar starts off brilliant as you walk through under the arch, welcomed by an awesome crew and ends up delightful as you leave.  The decoration is themed to the Wild Wild West ... all wooden and ranch style with cacti everywhere, and things like the sheriff's office and the real jail ... to lock up your kids while you eat 😉 Inside the gates its al fresco style with a retractable roof so you'll dine under the stars.

Andreas explained "Cannabidiol has no psychoactive properties in the body, in simple words 'you don't get wrecked'.  It helps contribute to the overall well-being of the body and reduces body pains and muscle spasms".  It is also an effective anti-inflammatory and helps with diseases such as in my case cancer, but also psoriasis, epilepsy, depression, anxiety, loss of appetite, and many, many more.  It also helps reduce stress, stops nausea and vomiting, and is antioxidant and neuroprotective ... ... we have created a menu, traditional but not, it’s totally unique, partly influenced by her yiayia, a fusion of Greek, Cypriot and Spanish cuisine, but she assured me none of the dishes you’ll find anywhere else, because they are the creation of their imagination, using always fresh produce, everything is cooked to order, nothing is prepared and always around her flavours and essences of Cyprus, that she uses to compliment every dish … oh, and if she had her way, she would change the menu every day” … So do look out for their daily specials and make sure you leave room for dessert!

Things To Do

Many years ago, we tagged this wonderful rock as The Mythological Party Playground of the Mediterranean, and versatility is our speciality, and as our Leisure & Pleasure market continues to expand for the fast-growing cosmopolitan Cypriots, so too do the options of things to do ... and as I've said many times, make sure you do at least one thing you've never done before ...

Over a delicious coffee, Chris said, ''we just came on holiday, decided to move, and pretty much bought the pub straight away", ha! I love this place, the sounds of gears and links chinking, smothered by fair ground music, the smell of candy floss and bbq corn on the cob, the multi coloured lights and occasional girly screams. It's really cool idea coz you just buy a Wrist Band depending on your ages and what you want to do!

Ed’s Note October 2026

0
It’s October already, that went quick!  and it really is one of my favourite months!  Partly because that long hot summer is definitely over, or is it? … I asked the fishermen and they said it might not rain again ‘til mid-November, with temperatures still up in the 30°C’s, as we enter October, that’s about 90°F in English.  Just as we predicted back in May, it looks like we’re going to have another Indian summer and we’ll still be going to the beach in December, Mmm, don’t you just love Cyprus!
