my first impressions when I walked through the door, was wow this looks professional, the quality stands out, the rustic, warehouse feel with high ceilings and cool lighting.  A warm welcome from the crew plenty of room, out front about 250 square metres of Wines & Spirits, mixers and soft drinks, out back more than 50 Beers from around the world including Belgium, Germany, Holland, Czech Republic, Spain, Mexico, Japan, Cyprus and of course the UK!

It looks stunning from outside, recreated to look like the inside of a cave, with huge Dinosaur bones, arches and skeleton relics everywhere and I just love the Lizard stools ... all the crew are dressed up in character and of course Fred parked the Flintstones car outside, so don't forget to get a selfie or two ! I've had the pleasure to work closely with this impeccable hotel since 1993.  To be honest if you ever stay here, there's a very good chance you'll go back!  I think its because it's still a family run hotel, with many of their staff staying long enough to be family and its without a doubt regarded as one of Cyprus's finest hotels.  In fact, they were recently awarded a Trip Advisor Travelers' Choice Award for 2021 to add to an ever increasing impressive list of awards over the years.

Talking about beaches, Ayia Napa and Protaras on the east coast, boast 2 of the Best Beaches in Europe and tbh, we're blessed with the nicest sea I’ve ever had the pleasure to swim in, in the world ... Add stuff like; Licensing hours currently ‘til 2.30 am, and then, of course, our night clubs will take you through to sunrise, not too good for the tan unless you go straight to the beach after a good night out, speaking by experience 😉

Ed’s Note October 2026

It’s October already, that went quick!  and it really is one of my favourite months!  Partly because that long hot summer is definitely over, or is it? … I asked the fishermen and they said it might not rain again ‘til mid-November, with temperatures still up in the 30°C’s, as we enter October, that’s about 90°F in English.  Just as we predicted back in May, it looks like we’re going to have another Indian summer and we’ll still be going to the beach in December, Mmm, don’t you just love Cyprus!
