Ayia Napa

To’ Nissiotiko Taverna, Protaras

Serving traditional Cypriot cuisine, or as Artemaki calls it, ''pure horthiaytiko'' or 'village-style' in English. The food is always cooked fresh, mostly over real charcoal, so it'll take at least 20 minutes to be served, but let me just say; it's worth every minute! and don't worry the pitta bread, dips and salads will wet your apatite. Whilst Arimaki's mum cooks traditional Cypriot dishes for your delight!

0
I have to say this bar is nothing like its name ... it's spacious, with a cool modern design, comfy seating, with an awesome sound system and cool lighting, and it's one of the few bars playing nice Chill-Out music by day and party sounds by night.  In fact, the nearest it gets to its name is when the Elvis tribute sings the song! ... Ed’s Note October 2026

0
It’s October already, that went quick!  and it really is one of my favourite months!  Partly because that long hot summer is definitely over, or is it? … I asked the fishermen and they said it might not rain again ‘til mid-November, with temperatures still up in the 30°C’s, as we enter October, that’s about 90°F in English.  Just as we predicted back in May, it looks like we’re going to have another Indian summer and we’ll still be going to the beach in December, Mmm, don’t you just love Cyprus!

Garden Furniture at Rustic Furniture Collection, Paralimni

What's so special about these designs, is the hydraulic reclining system added to the designs of these chairs and sunbeds.  Taking a seat on the first set, a 6-seater, dining table, I have to say I was very impressed at how smooth the high-back seat reclined with just a push of the button.
