George showed me around the grounds explaining; "You can learn so much about marine life here, and rivers and swamps and the Penguins, the first ever in the Mediterranean region, naturally kept comfortable in the appropriate climate controlled environment". Just watching one of their videos I amazingly learned that all Gold Fish don't have stomachs, so they have to keep eating, which means you should feed them small amounts 5 times a day, probably why I was never successful keeping one, but now I know!

The food is always cooked fresh, mostly over real charcoal, so it'll take at least 20 minutes to be served, but let me just say; it's worth every minute! and don't worry the pitta bread, dips and salads will wet your apatite. It's February, I thought January was never gonna end? Now, you just have to love February in Cyprus! It's spring on the island of Aphrodite, our Goddess of Love and there's romance in the air, everywhere, especially on the 14th when we celebrate Valentine’s Day, which this year falls on a Friday so you might as well make love all weekend! ... oh and, I love watching the postman struggle to get all my cards in the little letterbox.
