From the outside, it looks delightful, all stone arches, crimson flowers, hanging plants galore, old cart wheels between the arches a few tables and chairs covered by really cool arched wicker canopies with rope curtains, adding a little privacy, while you can watch the world go by, complementing the façade and to the right a Pink old London telephone box, awesome for a cool selfie.

What I like most about this estate agent is the 'Extremely Transparent' tag they've developed from trust and pricing to the way they'll point out the bad points along with the good ones.  I love the extra effort they put into each property, checking on title deeds, and building permits and keeping close ties with local authorities so that they pretty much know everything about each property on their books.

Vangelis said he had extensive training in Naples, not at collage but at an academy at a traditional pizzeria, with top pizza chefs.  The rewards; pizzas as authentic as you can get this side of Italy, the dough, 4 simple ingredients, hand made, but fermented for 48 Hours before use, a Neapolitan influence, which enhances the flavour, then topped with your favourite toppings and baked to perfection in a traditional stone fired revolving oven ... the result a thin base with a light fluffy crust ... Based up on the West Coast, Rock FM play rock but it's a mix of soft rock & some 80’s Retro and of course all the Classics.  It's 24/7 with top presenters live on weekdays between 7 am and 7 pm, when it switches to non-stop music.  Oh, and you don’t have to be on the West Coast to tune in.  I often listen Online and I live on the East Coast; in my opinion, it’s a really cool station!
