Vangelis said he had extensive training in Naples, not at collage but at an academy at a traditional pizzeria, with top pizza chefs.  The rewards; pizzas as authentic as you can get this side of Italy, the dough, 4 simple ingredients, hand made, but fermented for 48 Hours before use, a Neapolitan influence, which enhances the flavour, then topped with your favourite toppings and baked to perfection in a traditional stone fired revolving oven ... the result a thin base with a light fluffy crust ... … One of the things I like about this 'Touristic accommodation' is their central position, just 300 metres walk from the square in Ayia Napa.  It's a small complex, with only 14 spacious, studio and 1 bedroom apartments with kitchenettes, but no pool, or cafe, but that's not a problem because you're just 50 metres from a mini supermarket, tavernas, bars and amenities and the sea is just a few minutes away.

What's so special about these designs, is the hydraulic reclining system added to the designs of these chairs and sunbeds.  Taking a seat on the first set, a 6-seater, dining table, I have to say I was very impressed at how smooth the high-back seat reclined with just a push of the button.
