What really makes this bar so special is the ambience, unique in Napa.  It’s many a favourite place to meet to start the night out in Napa, often as not, some just stay all night, 'til the clubs open.  It usually starts off mellow and ends with you dancing and singing your heart out.  The beauty of it is the journey; early in the evening, it feels intimate, almost like a small Irish pub session.  As the night builds, the tempo lifts, the crowd joins in, and suddenly the whole place becomes one big chorus ... I caught up with Nikos who also owns Blazing Saddles Pub next door, who told me "I opened the Indian Restaurant in 2013 because there wasn't an authentic one in the area.  Then one year later my customers persuaded me that there wasn't a decent Chinese either", and chop-chop it happened!  ... Taking over the aptly named Din Dins, in June 2018, Glen, Debbie and Sharon had some really cool plans, and it's obvious they got it right, from the start!  Opening this family bar and restaurant, with comfy seating, both outside on the covered decking, edged with potted plants or inside, where you'll immediately notice a really friendly atmosphere, so the idea is, there's no rush if you're eating, and if you're not hungry you can just chill with a drink and soak up the atmosphere, quite unique, and on that note, the impulse banter between this crew in full flow is just awesome ...
