The Wild West Saloon offers an extensive selection of delicious meals, just check out the boards out front ... There's everything from the starters like the Baby Spare Ribs with BBQ sauce, omg! or the Flame Grilled Steaks, maybe if you're really hungry a variety of Cypriot Meze, including Fish Meze and Seafood Platters, Cyprus Specialities like Kleftico, or a must the Tex Mex Selections! naturally they also have vegetarian dishes, burgers, pastas, pizza and as it's all geared up for the kids, with a really cool Children's Menu.

But tbh, The Square Bar is better known for their Live Music, every night from 8.30 pm 'til late.  That's mostly down to Peter and Rob, of the legendary 'Live Lounge' in Cardiff fame, who told me "We partnered up with Panicos in 2014 to bring you the very best in live bands, duo and solo artists" ... I wanted to have a chat before Andreas gave me a personal tour of the museum, so we met upstairs in the cafe and ice cream parlour, my delicious cappuccino brewed with 'Vittorio Coffee' pure Arabica from Brazil.  I asked Andreas to tell me how it all started?  He said, "It started as a hobby, I would find old cars, in Cyprus, mostly Fords, buy them and restore them myself, to showroom perfection, sometimes having to source spare parts from all over the world.  Then he said, " Next thing you know, whenever my friends were selling a vintage or classic car, I would buy it".

It's a traditional Irish Bar, so authentic all the furniture was crafted in Ireland an imported over, lots of dark warm wood, benches and stools, cottage cabinets and red brick.
