Coming outta Shepherds Bush in London, Chris with over 30 years experience and catering in his blood, followed his father's footsteps and in 2012 he finally sealed the deal to buy the old Banana Cabaret Bar in Kissonerga, better known for its sauciness than its sauces 😉  He named it 'Sonny's, after his son, so I suppose it was inevitable Sonny would join his dad sooner or later, together they make an unbeatable team! ... I caught up with Nikos who also owns Blazing Saddles Pub next door, who told me "I opened the Indian Restaurant in 2013 because there wasn't an authentic one in the area.  Then one year later my customers persuaded me that there wasn't a decent Chinese either", and chop-chop it happened!  ... And then, quite recently Nikos again listened to his customers' wishes, and added Thai & Sushi, so as you're in Cyprus, now you might as well 'Meze' it up, Asian style!

As I walked in for the first time, I was well impressed with the simple blackboards adorning the walls up the stairs leading to the bar on the first floor.  Inside, it's all dark wood and industrial style metal ... cool signs everywhere, I couldn't resist getting a couple of shots, how do you like your whiskey?  The bar is open on three sides, so lovely cool breezes with really cool views over the heart of Napa, Marios laughed as he said, "it's packed in here for the festive parades"!

A Salt Cave, Hot Jacuzzi Spa and Steam Room all closely linked.  On our last visit on a 'Couples Spa Sention' Package with Louise, my lovely able assistant, we spent about 20 minutes in each one before our full body massage.

What's so special about these designs, is the hydraulic reclining system added to the designs of these chairs and sunbeds.  Taking a seat on the first set, a 6-seater, dining table, I have to say I was very impressed at how smooth the high-back seat reclined with just a push of the button.
