I just love the facade and the interior decor is sort of warehouse-like, classy with industrial tones and extra trimmings, pallets hanging from the ceiling, newspaper collages on the pillars, cool lighting and an awesome looking bar with more bottles than you can count ... 11 years later, the massive repeat custom says it all ... and I can't recommend The Malthouse highly enough!

It's all sort of lean-to-Tikki-style shack on the beach, all wood and lots of bamboo ... out front the aroma of freshly watered lush green grass lawns, a beach volleyball court, and outdoor seaview massage booths.  A gorgeous spacious veranda, covered with bamboo, creates delightful shaded patterns to enjoy your stay, with stunning sea views over Pernera Bay.  I love stuff like; Speis' handmade crisps shelf and the colourful signage on the wooden rails that run down the side of the cafe ... I wanted to have a chat before Andreas gave me a personal tour of the museum, so we met upstairs in the cafe and ice cream parlour, my delicious cappuccino brewed with 'Vittorio Coffee' pure Arabica from Brazil.  I asked Andreas to tell me how it all started?  He said, "It started as a hobby, I would find old cars, in Cyprus, mostly Fords, buy them and restore them myself, to showroom perfection, sometimes having to source spare parts from all over the world.  Then he said, " Next thing you know, whenever my friends were selling a vintage or classic car, I would buy it".
