I recently caught up with Savvas, who, in my book, is one of the old school, around since before Napa became the clubbing capital of Europe.  He told me, "I got on my first motorbike when I was 12, and opened this bike rentals in 1992.  Over a lovely coffee, Savvas said, "We were renting out mostly those little 50cc bikes.  When Cyprus joined Europe in 2004, Quad Bikes and Buggies started flooding the rental market, so I launched, what became an excellent Quad Buggy Safari in 2012 ... Setting sail at 11 am daily from Ayia Napa’s splendid harbour, heading West along the coast to Palace Caves where they'll stop for a quick swim and you can watch them feeding the fish and it's a great place to do a bit of snorkeling and if you ask them nicely they'll let the kids steer .. I just love to see their facial expressions, brilliant!
